A
large scale installation of Stephen Rock's digital work will be showing in the lobby of Rainier Bank Tower in downtown Seattle on 5th Avenue. Curated by Jeffrey Moose of Rainier Square's Jeffrey Moose Gallery, the exhibit will be up from October 20th through January, 2006

Stephen Rock was the feature artist at the 7th Annual Kenmore Art Show this fall. Work from his series "Alchemy of Living" was exhibited.

Rock returned from a residency at the Morris Graves Foundation in the spring of 2005. This solo residency was given by the Foundation to give studio space and resouces for further study at the Lake studio of MOrris Graves in N. California. Work will be showing at the jeffrey Moose Gallery early Spring 2006.

Two pieces have been selected for inclusion in South Seattle Community College's annual show Nov. 16th to December 13th, 2005.

Unique mixed media work based in photographic and digital processes by visual artists Stephen Rock and Nichole DeMent.

DeMent's body of work ,"The Essence of Being" and work from Rock's "Alchemy of Living" series merge in this two person exhibit. Melding process and technique with intent, the artists explore the inspiration and motivation of creating. Furthering the concept of life as process, the audience becomes artist with their interactive installation" Awakening".
